Service Quality Issues

If you are not satisfied with the quality of our service, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. We will investigate the issue and provide appropriate solutions, which may include:

• Re-cleaning the items at no additional cost
• Partial or full refund depending on the severity of the issue
• Replacement of damaged items (subject to our damage assessment)

Damaged Items

While we take utmost care in handling your garments, if any item is damaged during our service:

• Please report the damage within 48 hours of receiving your order
• Provide clear photographs of the damage
• We will assess the damage and determine appropriate compensation
• Compensation may include repair costs, replacement value, or full refund

Lost Items

In the rare event that an item is lost during our service:

• Report the missing item within 72 hours of receiving your order
• We will conduct a thorough search of our facilities
• If the item cannot be located, we will provide compensation based on the item's value
• Maximum compensation is limited to 10 times the cleaning cost of the item

Refund Process

For approved refunds:

• Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
• You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is processed

Exclusions

The following are not covered under our return policy:

• Items that were already damaged before our service
• Claims reported after the specified time limits
• Items with care labels that were not followed
• Damage caused by pre-existing conditions or wear and tear
