• Being available for scheduled pickups and deliveries
• Reporting any issues within 24 hours of service completion

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon service completion. We accept various payment methods as displayed on our platform.

5. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 2 hours before scheduled pickup time. Late cancellations may incur charges.

6. Liability

TidyWash is not liable for damage to garments beyond normal wear and tear. Users should declare valuable items during booking.
